If your country is not on the list, your order will be sent from the showroom of Spain. Depending on the country, the cost and delivery time will vary.
Within the European Union, we make delivery for 25 €, lasting 4-5 working days using couriers of the services: SEUR, TNT, UPS. Depending on the situation.
Delivery to any other country is carried out via DHL Express within 2-4 working days. Shipping cost is 150 €.
DHL Express accepts no more than 2 batteries in 1 box. Depending on the order you made, if you need to pay extra for delivery (in some rare cases), we will contact you and provide you with a payment receipt. If the delivery is less than the specified amount, we will transfer the difference in price to your WebWellness account.
After placing an order, we will contact the showroom to confirm the availability of the product. Sometimes there are small delays of 1-2 weeks. If you are concerned about this, please contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm the delivery time of the order. In this case we may ship it from another show room with stock.
