Delivery terms

Yourlifexpert.com  is the official representative of the international company Business Process Technologies, with showrooms around the world. This allows us to quickly ship devices all over the world with minimal shipping costs.

  • If there is a showroom in your country, the order will be sent by local, national mail. You will be able to receive your order within 5-7 working days (provided that the goods are in stock). Below you can read information about shipping costs for all the showrooms.

  • If your country is not on the list, your order will be sent from the showroom of Spain. Depending on the country, the cost and delivery time will vary.
  • Within the European Union, we make delivery for 25 €, lasting 4-5 working days using couriers of the services: SEUR, TNT, UPS. Depending on the situation.
  • Delivery to any other country is carried out via DHL Express within 2-4 working days. Shipping cost is 150 €.

Important information! DHL Express accepts no more than 2 batteries in 1 box. Depending on the order you made, if you need to pay extra for delivery (in some rare cases), we will contact you and provide you with a payment receipt. If the delivery is less than the specified amount, we will transfer the difference in price to your WebWellness account.

After placing an order, we will contact the showroom to confirm the availability of the product. Sometimes there are small delays of 1-2 weeks. If you are concerned about this, please contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm the delivery time of the order. In this case we may ship it from another show room with stock.

Return policy

You can return an order within 14 days of receipt of the package, provided that such a request is sent to us by e-mail (info@yourlifexpert.com) within the aforementioned period. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and inform you of the return procedure.

Your order is eligible for a refund if:

  1. Goods are purchased on our website – https://yourlifexpert.com/
  2. Refund notification request is sent by email info@yourlifexpert.com
  3. Item must be shipped in brand new and undamaged condition *(in original packaging including all accessories and other WebWellness materials and bonuses).
  4. Items must be returned to the address provided by us within 14 days of confirmation of your request. 
  5. After we confirm your return request, you may return the item to the address of the showroom where the item was shipped from (unless otherwise specified). Before shipping your item, please contact customer support at info@yourlifexpert.com to confirm your return address.

Return of defective goods

You can return an item to us if you find that it is defective, provided that the request is made within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you on the proper way to return the item.

You may choose to receive a full refund or replacement if the following conditions are met:

  1. Goods are purchased on our website – https://yourlifexpert.com/
  2. A request is sent by email and received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  3. Item is in new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other materials, WebWellness balance also unused).
  4. Items must be returned to the address provided by us within 14 days of confirmation of your request.
  5. Upon inspection, we confirm that the returned items are delivered due to the conditions above.

Who covers the delivery?

The return is paid by the party through whose fault the goods are returned.

If you change your mind and use your purchase right to return the goods within 14 days, then you pay for the courier services yourself.

If the return of goods is carried out through the fault of the company or showroom, then the courier services are paid by the manufacturer or showroom.

Refund

The funds will be returned to you in the same way that the payment was made. Cash or bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made. Depending on the conditions of your bank, the refund may take up to 30 days.
